关于中法合作“空中交通管理Air Traffic Management”和“航空导航工程Air Navigation Engeering”专业硕士班招生报名的通知

必威精装版App与法国国立民航大学(ENAC)今年继续联合开办“空中交通管理Air Traffic Management”和“航空导航工程Air Navigation Engeering”专业硕士研究生班。现就报名工作通知如下:

一、培养目标

通过引进国际先进硕士研究生教育模式和教学内容,培养掌握当今先进空管技术和方法的管制与通导专业技术人才与管理人才,以满足我国民航空管进一步发展的需要。

二、授予证书

该项目经教育部批准列入中外合作办学项目。学生修满所需课程学分,完成毕业论文并通过答辩后,由法国国立民航大学授予硕士研究生毕业证书和学位证书,由必威精装版App出具学习经历证明。

三、授课方式

专业课程全部由法国教师采用英语授课,由中方跟踪辅导。毕业论文撰写及答辩均为英语。

四、教学安排

1.理论课程学习阶段

时间:2015年9月7日至2016年1月15日

学习地点;必威精装版App

课程内容:见附件三、附件四、附件五

课程考试结束后,由中法双方根据已修课程考核情况确定进入下一阶段学习人员。

2.专业技术实训及论文阶段

时间:2016年1月至2016年12月

地点:原则上安排学生在原单位进行。

3.论文答辩与学位授予

时间:2016年12月

地点:必威精装版App

五、报考条件

1.原则上具有相关领域的硕士学位,或具有学士学位并有3年以上的航空业工作经验。

2.具有良好的英语基础和较强的听说能力。

六、名额分配与录取方式

1.招生计划

经教育部批准,“空中交通管理Air Traffic Management”和“航空导航工程Air Navigation Engeering”两个专业计划招生各40人。

七、报名程序

报名者填写中文版的报名表(附件1)和英文版的申请表(附件2)

经单位人事部门审核同意并加盖公章后,报送必威精装版App。

八、学费

学费总额为6万元/人(不含交通、食宿费用)。

九、时间安排

报名截止日期:2015年06月22日

ATM Master objectives, structure and content

Training Objectives:

This training is intended to be very professional and should allow participants to progress rapidly to management positions, improving their management skills on the one hand, and technical skills in their chosen field on the other.

The first modules are designed to ensure that students have a basic knowledge necessary for the proper understanding of the limits to changes in the methods and means applied in air traffic control: ATS regulation, aircraft operations, air navigation, meteorology….

The following modules are more technical and intended to give them a thorough understanding of new concepts applied to the ATM: advanced ATM operations, new means of communication, navigation and surveillance, sustainable development, global optimization of the trajectory, safety management, and integrated project management.

Overview of the program:

Academic phase:

An academic sequence of 5 months (17 weeks), from September to January, corresponding to approximately 450 hours broken into 12 modules of 1 or 2 weeks.

Internship and Thesis:

An internship application in business, a minimum of 4 months is mandatory from February to December at the following of the Academic phase. During their internship application, students write a professional Thesis that is the subject of an oral presentation before a panel of professors and professionals.

The Thesis Committee will be composed of at least 50% of teachers of ENAC

ANE Master objectives, structure and content

Training Objectives:

This training is intended to be very professional and should allow participants to progress rapidly to management positions, improving their management skills on the one hand, and technical skills in their chosen field on the other.

The first modules are designed to ensure that students have acquired the knowledge required for operational understanding of the limits and constraints of air traffic control in all domains: ATS regulation, aircraft operations, air navigation, global optimization of the trajectory.

The following modules are more technical and intended to provide detailed knowledge of technical means in communication , navigation, surveillance and ATM systems field, dedicated to support and improve the Chinese air traffic management in future decades. The safety and management skills are addressed in specific modules: human factors, ATM safety culture and integrated project management.
